This week on Chew on That, I’m excited to welcome my friend Adam Simha, a master knife maker whose passion for precision is inspired by his great uncle Harvey, a talented butcher! Adam’s culinary journey began at just 15 years old, working at the historic F&T Diner in Kendall Square. He later perfected his craft making ice cream at the legendary Toscanini’s and baking award-winning bread at Salamander.  In 2001, Adam founded MKS Design, where he creates custom kitchen knives that blend artistry with functionality. His journey into bladesmithing has transformed the way chefs experience their tools.
